Terms and Conditions of Envywallz Products and Services

The information below details the terms and conditions upon which Envywallz supplies products or services. By purchasing any of these goods or services from Envywallz, you agree to be bound by these terms.


Envywallz is a recognized brand known for its high-quality wallpaper designs and services. Our commitment to excellence is evident in every product we offer.


The Order Process

You select and send us the details of the wallpaper you desire, including desired dimensions and any specific requirements.

After receiving your order, we will provide you with a proof of purchase email. We aim to respond to all orders within 24 hours, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Note that at this stage, neither party is obliged to proceed with the contract.

We provide goods for use and do not operate as a contractor or subcontractor.

Payment

Envywallz accepts various payment methods, including Credit or Debit Card, PayPal, Cheque, and BACS.


Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel an order within one working days, provided that the service agreed upon has not commenced.

You are expected to inspect the products and return them in their original condition if necessary.

Customized products, such as custom-sized murals or designs, are non-refundable.

Defective products or services attributable to Envywallz will be replaced or refunded. If a product or service becomes unavailable within 30 days of payment, we will arrange a later delivery date or process a refund in line with our policy.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Production and Delivery


We strive to deliver orders promptly, typically within 3-5 working days nationwide, although unforeseen circumstances may extend this period. We will keep you informed of any delays.

Envywallz is not responsible for delays or errors caused by third-party courier or postal services.

All orders are securely packaged. Any transit damage should be noted upon delivery and signed for as damaged.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties and taxes in the destination country.

Quality of Goods

Inspect the product prior to installation. Defects should be reported to Envywallz immediately. Claims after product use or installation will not be entertained.

Minor variations in color may occur between prints. Replacements will be offered only when variations are significantly noticeable.

On-screen proofs and physical products may have color variations due to monitor settings. We offer printed samples for color matching and recommend their use before purchase. Claims for color variations without a printed sample approval will not be accepted.
