Custom-fit Murals

Should you have any concerns with your custom-fit mural, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at infoenvywallz@gmail.com. To expedite the resolution process, we may request photos of the mural. This helps us determine whether a courier collection is necessary. In most instances, collection is not required, and we can identify the issue through your photographs.


It's important to note that our murals are 'made to measure' and unique for each wall, making them non-resalable. As such, we cannot accept returns for murals due to a change of plan, if the item is simply unwanted, or after installation. Cancellations are not possible once payment for a custom mural has been received.


After reviewing the photographs, our team will explain the cause of the problem. If the issue is deemed to be outside of our control, or caused by misuse from the customer or an associated third party, we cannot accept liability or issue refunds.


However, if the problem is identified as a fault within our control, such as a print defect, we accept full responsibility. We will endeavor to resolve the issue promptly, usually by issuing a replacement mural on an expedited basis.


In cases where a refund is sought for a faulty product, we will arrange for mural collection and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receipt at our head office.


Customers who opt to return the product themselves must ensure it reaches us in good condition and within a reasonable time frame. We recommend using an insured and tracked service, as refunds will not be issued for items lost in transit.


Please be cautious when installing the mural. We are unable to cover installation fees from third parties or accept responsibility for installation errors. Check the product for any errors before hiring a third party, as we cannot accept cancellation fees if the product is unfit for installation.
